Foreign Trade Accountant

Follow up the opening, amendment, and closing of Letters of Credit (L/C) and Letters of Guarantee (L/G).
???? Review shipping documents and verify compliance with L/C terms.
???? Track international bank transfers and settle foreign suppliers.
???? Calculate landed cost for each shipment and allocate it across items.
???? Record goods in transit and transfer them to inventory upon receipt.
???? Reconcile customs, clearance, port, and shipping charges with invoices and payments.
???? Account for realized and unrealized foreign exchange differences.
???? Prepare statements of account for foreign suppliers, clearing agents, and shipping lines.
???? Support monthly and annual closing and external audits.
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting or Foreign Trade).
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in import/export accounting.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), and customs documents.
✔️ Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Odoo, or similar).
✔️ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
✔️ Good command of English and Arabic.
✔️ High accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines.
