Business Analyst – Digital Banking

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Conduct business needs assessments and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Work closely with business teams, Product Owners, developers, and technical architects. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and customer journeys. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops with clients and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Support development teams throughout the implementation phase. Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities. Identify gaps between business expectations and delivered functionalities. Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital banking products and services.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Fluent English required; French is an advantage. 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience working within Digital Factories, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of digital banking products and services. Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation. Excellent knowledge of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred

Qualifications Experience with digital banking platforms and mobile banking applications. Knowledge of banking products and processes (accounts, payments, transfers, cards, etc.). Experience in digital transformation projects and with international banking clients. Familiarity with API concepts and system integration is an advantage.
