We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role you will transform raw data into reliable, well-structured datasets that enable business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines.
Build and manage data models using SQL and dbt.
Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts.
Implement data quality testing, validation, and monitoring.
Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Optimize SQL queries and improve data warehouse performance.
Maintain documentation for data models, workflows, and transformations.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, governance, and security.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related role.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data transformation using dbt.
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Proven ability to design scalable, reusable data models and implement ETL/ELT pipelines.

Nice to have

Experience with modern data stack architectures and CI/CD workflows for analytics.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and data governance best practices.
