We are seeking a skilled Business/Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Clean, transform, and validate datasets using Excel and Python.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and present data-driven insights.
Identify process improvements and support strategic business decisions.

Required qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience.
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization.
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience using Python for data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Nice to have

Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
