Connexzia is accepting applications from qualified freight dispatch and logistics coordination professionals based in Vietnam to support United States transportation operations.
The Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator supports carrier operations through freight opportunity research, shipment communication, documentation, status tracking, broker communication and other dispatch-support activities. Connexzia operates as a logistics coordination and dispatch services company and does not represent itself as the motor carrier for loads handled by independent carrier clients.
The role requires accurate communication, disciplined shipment tracking, strong organization and the ability to manage time-sensitive transportation information. Depending on assignment and experience, responsibilities may include load search, rate discussions, setup documentation, pickup and delivery monitoring, service-exception follow-up and proof-of-delivery coordination.
This is a remote opportunity. Because the position supports United States transportation activity, schedules may include evening, overnight or other local hours that overlap with United States freight-market operations.
Engagement terms and compensation depend on location, experience, responsibilities and applicable contractual requirements. Selection does not guarantee a specific carrier account, shipment volume or work allocation.

Responsibilities:
- Support freight dispatch and logistics coordination activities for assigned carrier accounts
- Search and evaluate available freight opportunities based on equipment, location and operational requirements
- Present suitable load opportunities to authorized carrier contacts
- Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, drivers and other logistics contacts
- Support rate negotiation and document agreed shipment information accurately
- Review broker and shipment information before operational handoff
- Assist with carrier setup packets and required shipment documentation
- Track pickup, transit and delivery milestones
- Follow up on shipment status, delays, detention, layovers and service exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment notes, contact records and operational documentation
- Coordinate proof-of-delivery and other shipment documents
- Escalate material service issues promptly
- Protect confidential carrier, customer and shipment information
- Follow Connexzia logistics coordination procedures and communication standards
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple active shipments and priorities
- Professional telephone, email and messaging communication
- Ability to learn transportation terminology and operational procedures
- Ability to use web applications, spreadsheets, email and logistics software
- Ability to work schedules that may align with United States freight-market hours
- Ability to handle confidential carrier and shipment information responsibly
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous freight dispatch, transportation, logistics or carrier-support experience
- Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, CRM systems or dispatch software
- Knowledge of dry van, flatbed, reefer, box truck, hot shot, power-only or expedited freight
- Previous rate-negotiation or broker-communication experience
- Experience tracking shipments and resolving transportation exceptions
