Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience with significant core product management ownership of POS, store commerce, or mission-critical retail software.
- Must have hands-on product experience across Cloud POS, Offline POS, Mobile POS, and omnichannel retail journeys; experience with established POS / retail-tech players is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of store operations, including billing, payments, promotions, loyalty, returns, inventory, taxation, devices, and associate workflows.
- Experience building enterprise-grade products requiring offline resilience, integrations, high availability, performance, security, and scale.
- Strong customer discovery, product strategy, commercial thinking, and ROI-based prioritization with a track record of measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud architecture, sync models, and platform design.
- AI-first builder mindset and strong stakeholder influence across customers, engineering, design, sales, support, implementation, and leadership.
