AI / ML Engineer

This isn't just another engineering role. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at NextDimension, you'll be a key player in shaping our flagship AI platform, diving deep into Large Language Models (LLMs) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to architect and deploy intelligent agents that redefine how businesses operate and connect with their customers. You'll work on a transformative product with global reach, engage directly with clients to understand their needs, and collaborate with a team of experienced AI practitioners.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (backend/ML), building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• 1+ years of professional ML engineering experience, shipping production ML systems.
• Expert-level Python and working experience with SQL.
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle: prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph is highly valued.
• Cloud and DevOps fluency: Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP strongly preferred).
