The Digital Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, high-quality digital visual content for Constance Hospitality and all its brands across websites, digital campaigns, social media, email and other digital platforms.

The role will support the E-Business team and other departments in developing premium visual assets, including photography, graphics, video and motion content, contributing to brand awareness, engagement, website performance and direct sales.

The Digital Designer will also actively leverage Generative AI and emerging creative technologies to enhance visual production, improve efficiency and explore new creative possibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but are not limited to, the following areas and activities. At Management's discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described:

• Work closely with the Web Development Manager and Head of E-Business & Loyalty to develop and execute engaging visual content across digital platforms.
• Create high-quality digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, social media, presentations and other online communication materials.
• Produce and edit video, short-form content, animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media and promotional initiatives.
• Design engaging digital advertising creative assets aimed at supporting traffic, engagement, conversion and direct sales objectives.
• Collaborate with all E-Business team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support E-Business, Marketing, Communication and Human Resources in translating briefs and ideas into attractive and effective digital visual content.
• Develop moodboards, mock-ups, campaign concepts and creative variations to support digital projects and campaigns.
• Use Generative AI tools for image and video creation, editing, enhancement and creative ideation, integrating AI-assisted workflows into the visual production process where relevant.
• Maintain a structured and organised archive of digital assets to facilitate retrieval, reuse and distribution.
• Ensure that digital assets are appropriately adapted and optimised for the requirements of different platforms, formats and devices.
• Produce and present monthly reports on digital creative activities and performance across managed brands.
• Provide creative recommendations and guidance on the visual execution of digital campaigns, projects and promotional activities.
• Regularly review digital content and creative performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Keep abreast of AI creative tools, digital design, visual content, hospitality and emerging creative technology trends, including image and video generation, enhancement and upscaling, to ensure our digital output remains contemporary, engaging and innovative.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital or Graphic Designer, preferably within hospitality, luxury, travel or a premium brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visual content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Good knowledge of video editing and motion design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI tools for image and/or video creation would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
