Your Role

You'll design and maintain the infrastructure backbone that keeps constellr's operations reliable and scalable, from our office networks to the server room that supports our satellite data. This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership, right at the core of our technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain our network and server infrastructure
• Take ownership of capacity planning across our compute, storage and network resources
• Lead our response to infrastructure incidents, identifying root causes and resolving them
• Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for our infrastructure
• Evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies as the company scales

Job requirements

About you  

Required:  

• Strong hands-on experience in network and systems infrastructure engineering
• Experience with server room or data center operations
• Solid troubleshooting skills and experience responding to incidents
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have: 

• German language skills
• Experience in a scientific, aerospace or data-intensive environment
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CompTIA
