The Role
You'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company and play a key role in shaping its operational and financial success. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you'll gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and growth.
Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, cash flow management, process optimization, and operational strategy. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market and startup operations. This is a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to disrupting a multi-billion-dollar industry while gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of a successful company.

Operational Excellence: Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Accounting Management: Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
Revenue Growth: Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
Execution and Collaboration: Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, working closely with other teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.
Requirements
Your Profile
Strong academic foundation with a track record of analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
