What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help to support our teams by creatively prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers in the DACH region. You will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company. You will be selling predominately to decision-makers in IT and Marketing and must be known to get creative in your messaging. - Grow the Contentstack customer list by identifying qualified sales meetings through prospecting via phone and email - phone is our primary outreach method
- Partner with our account executives to strategize and penetrate named accounts (up to 150)
- Conduct high-level conversations and build relationships with senior and mid-level executives in assigned accounts and territories
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects, events and campaigns to help drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas (qualified meetings to pipeline) and daily KPI’s of 100+ calls/activities
- Leverage Salesforce.com and additional sales enablement tools to be more productive (Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
What Really Gets Us Excited About You?
- 1+ years of prior outbound sale development experience
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
- Always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- Collaborative and coachable
- Located in Amsterdam
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS technology or CMS sales is a plus
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools a plus
- Highly motivated and self-driven - you like to win!
- Up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
- Collaborates well with co-workers and other departments
- Experience working in an AI-forward environment, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technologies as a core part of day-to-day work, problem-solving, and continuous learning
- You enjoy occasional travel
Please note: This role is located in Amsterdam. We have an office in Amsterdam and you will be an important part of it by joining the office 2-3 days a week!
Base salary for this role is between €45,000 and €51,000 plus commission. The contract will be a one year contract that can convert to an indefinite contract after evaluation.
