  • Provide clear operational updates, briefings, situation reports, after-action summaries, and decision-support inputs to senior leadership during routine operations, major events, and high-pressure incidents.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with global stakeholders, business, central functions, vendors, technology partners, emergency response partners, and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Conduct drills, table-top exercises, readiness checks, and operational preparedness reviews for high-impact events, crisis scenarios, travel disruptions, major incidents, and periods of heightened threat.
  • Track, analyse, and report operational KPIs, including incident response times, system uptime, escalation performance, exercise outcomes, vendor SLA compliance, service quality, and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, strengthen resilience, improve service quality, and reinforce the company posture in a holistic and risk-informed manner.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and ensure adherence to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, information-sharing, and governance protocols.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in security management, emergency management, criminal justice, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience gained in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or comparable operational security environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in physical security operations, incident and crisis management, with proven leadership of regional or global operational teams;
  • Proven leadership experience managing security operations centres, control rooms, or equivalent 24/7 operational environments in the public and/or private sector.
