Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement REST APIs.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness, correctness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Take initiatives to build better and faster solutions to the problems of scale.
• Build AI-enhanced or agent-driven backend features using tools like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and work with the infrastructure team to triage Major

Incidents.

• Experience in analyzing/researching solutions and developing/implementing recommendations accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• One or more years of professional experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and NodeJS is a must.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• In-depth knowledge of frameworks like ExpressJS and Restify.
• Experience in building backend services for handling data at large scale is a must.
• Ability to architect high availability applications and servers on cloud adhering to best practices.

Microservices architecture is preferable.

• Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS concepts like event loop.
• Ability to perform technical deep-dives into code.
• Understanding of communication using WebSockets.
• Good understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and Docker containerization is preferable.
• Experience in Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate

development, assist in code reviews, and support efficient coding practices is a must.
