Ihre Aufgaben
- Du koordinierst und optimierst die operativen Prozesse zwischen Campaign Management, Kreation, Technologie und externen Partnern
- Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale im Marketing, evaluierst neue Tools und hilfst mit, effizientere Workflows teamübergreifend zu etablieren
- Du dokumentierst Standards und Prozesse und sorgst für Transparenz, Verbindlichkeit und reibungslose Zusammenarbeit über Teams hinweg
- Du verantwortest die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Online-Campaigning-Tools und CMS-Plattformen
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Creative Operations, Campaign Operations, digitalem Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung digitaler Kampagnen, Plattformen und Produktionsprozesse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in CMS-Systemen wie AEM oder Storyblok sowie in Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana oder Jira
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Schnittstellen zwischen Kreation, Kampagnen und Technologie
- Hohe Affinität zu neuen Technologien, Automatisierung und KI sowie eine strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise
