About the role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll run our paid ads, website and email campaigns across every region, and tell us what's working (and what isn't). Your challenge is marketing like a modern SaaS company to a traditional industry, in a way that lands with the people who run drilling programs. You'll be based in our downtown Vancouver office.
What you'll do
Website and AEO
Own the website and set its direction, from design and process to regular refreshes
Turn more visitors into leads as our product and messaging evolve
Make sure we show up in search and LLMs through SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Paid media and campaigns
Run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta across all our regions, including budgets and targeting
Build targeted audience lists with enrichment tools like Clay
Brief and test ad creative with our content and brand team
Build email nurture tracks and automated workflows in HubSpot
Tracking and reporting
Set up the tracking and dashboards that show what's working in each region, from spend to pipeline
Work with RevOps on attribution and marketing's contribution to pipeline
Keep testing ads, landing pages and emails, and share what we learn
You'll use AI tools across all of this to move faster and ship more.
What you'll need
4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Experience managing a website in a CMS (Webflow preferred)
Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
Confidence with tracking, attribution and testing, using tools like GA4, Google Search Console and Semrush or Ahrefs
Daily use of AI tools and workflows in your work
Strong opinions on web design and website tech, and the ability to back them up
Comfortable working with a manager on the other side of the world
Full working rights to work in Canada
Nice to have
Experience with Figma or Canva
Experience marketing to technical or industrial buyers
Experience marketing into Latin America, or Spanish language skills
Curiosity about mining and drilling (we'll teach you the lingo)
