The three key aspects of the team are: 1) building and maintaining high-quality and on-time programmes; 2) exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management; and 3) completing admin.

The Role:

Join us as a Curriculum Developer and play a central role in building Corndel's AI product suite. You will design and develop high-quality learning content that helps learners build practical capability in the use of AI, automation, AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions. Working closely with the Product team, Curriculum Developers, subject matter experts and delivery colleagues, you will marry commercial and regulatory requirements into coherent, engaging and impactful learning pathways.

This role requires a strong blend of curriculum design, technical curiosity and practical writing skill. You will create e-learning, workshops, assessments, templates, guidance and supporting documentation that are accessible, accurate and useful for learners, coaches and line managers.

With initial focus on key products at levels 3 and 4, you will help shape flagship programmes from the ground up for introductory and foundational learning to cover both no-code and low-code solutions. You will ensure our curricula are occupationally relevant, pedagogically strong and aligned to the apprenticeship standards.

While your primary focus will be on AI products, you may also contribute to curriculum development, continuous improvement and content projects across the wider Corndel portfolio, as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop high-quality curriculum content, including e-learning, workshops, assessments, guidance documents, templates and supporting resources.

  • Regulatory and Commercial Requirements: Ensure curricula and learning content align with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and market demands.

  • Learning Design: Structure content into clear, engaging and practical learning experiences that support learner progression across the programme.

  • Technical Content Creation: Develop accessible learning materials for the full range of AI programme topics, such as automation fundamentals, responsible AI, data foundations, workflow automation, agentic AI, API integration, AI platforms and tools, compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Workshop Design: Create practical workshops that help learners apply concepts to real workplace scenarios, develop occupational competence and produce meaningful evidence of learning.

  • Assessment and Evidence Design: Develop assessment activities and supporting guidance that help learners demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and behaviours without overcomplicating the learner journey.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain core programme documentation, including curriculum structures, module outlines, learner guidance, coach guidance and supporting delivery materials.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product colleagues, Curriculum Developers, subject matter experts, coaches, reviewers and digital development colleagues to produce content that is accurate, usable and ready for delivery.

  • Quality and Review: Respond to feedback from reviewers, coaches, learners and stakeholders, refining content to improve clarity, flow, technical accuracy, learner experience and assessment alignment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Review feedback from learners, coaches, reviewers and stakeholders to continuously refine curriculum content, improve learner outcomes and enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Cross-Programme Collaboration: Share expertise, resources and best practice across the wider product team, supporting curriculum development and improvement activity across multiple programmes where required.

  • Coach Enablement: Develop and maintain guidance and resources that help coaches understand and deliver the programme effectively, and deliver these resources to coaches.

  • Industry and Technology Insight: Monitor developments in AI, automation, no-code and low-code platforms and workplace technology, identifying opportunities to evolve the curriculum in response to changing industry needs and emerging technologies.
