Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Bereiche Server, Storage, Netzwerk und IT-Security sowie von Projekten im IT­Admin­Umfeld
  • Bearbeitung kleinerer Kundenprojekte und -Migrationen (z.B. Server-Einrichtung oder Mail-Migrationen)
  • Durchführung von Patchinstallationen oder Updates von 3rd-Party-Software auf Servern
  • Konzeption und Pflege aller Dienste eines Windows-Netzwerkes
  • Auswahl, Beschaffung, Installation und Dokumentation der IT-Systeme gemäß Kundenauftrag
  • Kontaktaufnahme des Kunden zur Fehleranalyse und Remote-Problembehebung

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eines vergleichbaren Ausbildungsgangs
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN), sowie Serverdiensten wie DHCP und DNS
  • Erste Erfahrungen in größeren IT-Umgebungen mit den gängigen Windows Server- und Clientbetriebssystemen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien von VMware und/oder Hyper­V
  • Ausgeprägte Service­ und Kundenorientierung
  • Durchhaltevermögen und systematische Vorgehensweise bei der Fehlersuche auch bei kniffligen Support-Fällen
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue und herausfordernde Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
