Costa Navarino is seeking for a Villa Rentals Associate to join our Athens-based team and support our growing business. This role is ideal for a well-organized, service-oriented professional who is eager to grow within the villa rental, real estate and hospitality sectors. The role will report to the Account Manager, contributing to seamless booking processes, guest communication, and the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookings: prepare offers, respond to inquiries, and coordinate confirmed reservations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date villa information across all systems (booking engine, CRM, website).
• Upload and update villa listings, photos, descriptions, and related content.
• Assist in onboarding new villas, including documentation collection and coordination of photoshoots.
• Keep CRM records updated (leads, bookings, guest and owner data).
• Support reporting processes, tracking sheets, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in bookings, reservations, or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in working with booking engines, CRMs, databases, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Availability to travel occasionally to Costa Navarino when business needs arise.
