Role Overview    

At Coupang Logistics Services (CLS), we are revolutionizing the end-to-end delivery experience and setting new standards for e-commerce fulfillment. As a Senior Manager, Area Management, you will join our fast-paced logistics network to lead, optimize, and scale day-to-day operations across your designated region. You will bridge the gap between high-level supply chain strategy and frontline execution, driving process excellence, safety, and efficiency. What You Will Do  

• Lead and Scale Regional Operations: Oversee day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations across your designated area, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, delivery timelines, and Coupang’s customer-centric quality benchmarks.
• Drive Continuous Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize variable costs across the network. Analyze complex supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to forecast operational capacity, mitigate risks, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Manage Complex Cross-Functional Projects: Champion high-impact logistics initiatives by aligning and influencing diverse stakeholders, including frontline team leaders, procurement, technology, and corporate strategy partners.

Basic Qualifications    

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience also welcomed).
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, warehousing, or fulfillment network management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills-the ability to translate complex operational data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience working and collaborating with diverse, high-performing teams in a rapidly growing or hyper-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into fulfillment data, extract insights, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Experience managing complex logistics projects while leading and influencing various stakeholders, from frontline associates to corporate leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, workplace safety, and exceptional leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop both junior supervisors and senior operations leaders.
