我們正在尋找一位具策略思維的客戶經理（Account Manager），負責管理台灣的聯盟夥伴（Affiliate partners）。此職位將專注於發展與優化媒體/網站夥伴關係、推動更深入的 API 整合，以及透過 Coupang 的聯盟技術（Affiliate Technologies）挖掘長期變現機會。

你將與產品、工程與合作夥伴團隊密切合作，以最大化合作夥伴績效、營收成長與整合深度。

工作內容（What You Will Do）

1. 夥伴成長與帳戶管理（Partner Growth & Account Management）

• 負責並拓展台灣地區 App 與網站媒體夥伴組合
• 推動既有帳戶的營收成長、留存與業務擴展
• 發掘升級機會，將夥伴從基礎展示型變現（display）提升至 API 驅動的電商整合模式
• 與產品、工程及商務團隊等關鍵利害關係人建立長期穩定關係
• 作為合作夥伴的主要聯絡窗口與信任顧問

2. 技術解決方案顧問與整合優化（Technical Solution Consulting & Integration Optimization）

• 作為策略顧問，協助媒體夥伴優化 Coupang 搜尋與推薦 API 的整合效果
• 與夥伴工程團隊合作，提升整合品質、資料流與整體效能
• 分析績效數據，提出優化建議以提升轉換率、互動率與變現能力
• 與 Coupang 內部產品與工程團隊跨部門合作，解決問題並推動功能優化

3. 營收優化與程式化策略（Revenue Optimization & Programmatic Strategy）

• 運用對 SSP（供應方平台）、程式化生態與競價模式的理解，優化夥伴變現成果
• 協助夥伴從傳統模式（waterfall / display）轉型至進階的程式化 + API 驅動模式
• 探索成長槓桿，包括流量分群、版位策略與推薦邏輯優化
• 使用 Dashboard 或 SQL 追蹤與管理關鍵商業指標

4. 夥伴成功與策略發展（Partner Success & Strategic Development）

• 為重點夥伴制定帳戶策略與成長藍圖
• 監控夥伴健康度，辨識風險並主動推動留存策略
• 分享市場洞察與最佳實務，提升夥伴整體表現
• 必要時支援新夥伴 onboarding，並著重長期成長與規模擴展

基本資格與能力（Basic Qualifications & Skills）

• 8 年以上 Account Management、Partner Management 或 Business Development 經驗（需具備 AdTech / Programmatic / 行動變現領域背景）
• 熟悉媒體變現模式、SSP 及程式化廣告生態系
• 具備管理與成長策略型或企業級客戶的經驗
• 能將商業需求轉化為技術解決方案與整合策略
• 能與技術團隊討論 API、資料流與系統整合相關議題
• 具備強烈數據分析思維，能以數據與績效驅動決策

Role Overview

Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience, with our Programmatic Ad products driving next-generation commerce integrations.

We are looking for a strategic Account Manager to manage our affiliate partners in Taiwan. This role focuses on growing and optimizing publisher relationships, driving deeper API integrations, and unlocking long-term monetization opportunities through Coupang’s Affiliate Technologies.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and partner teams to maximize partner performance, revenue growth, and integration depth.

What You Will Do

• Partner Growth & Account Management

• Own and grow a portfolio of app and web publisher partners in Taiwan
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion across existing accounts
• Identify upsell opportunities by expanding partners from basic display monetization to API-based commerce integration
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners

• Technical Solution Consulting & Integration Optimization

• Serve as a consultative partner to help publishers optimize integration of Coupang’s Search & Recommendation APIs
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to improve integration quality, data flow, and performance outcomes
• Analyze performance data and recommend adjustments to maximize conversion, engagement, and monetization yield
• Work cross-functionally with Coupang product and engineering teams to resolve issues and roll out enhancements

• Revenue Optimization & Programmatic Strategy

• Leverage understanding of SSPs, programmatic ecosystem, and bidding models to improve partner monetization outcomes
• Help partners optimize yield by transitioning from legacy models (waterfall / display) to more advanced programmatic + API-driven models
• Identify growth levers including traffic segmentation, placement strategy, and recommendation logic
• Track and manager key business performance metrics using Dashboard or SQL

• Partner Success & Strategic Development

• Develop account plans and growth roadmap for key partners
• Monitor partner health, identify risks, and proactively drive retention strategies
• Share market insights and best practices to elevate partner performance
• Support onboarding of new partners when needed, but with a focus on long-term success and scaling

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or Business Development within AdTech / Programmatic / Mobile Monetization
• Strong understanding of publisher monetization, SSPs, and programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Experience managing and growing strategic or enterprise-level accounts
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and integration strategies
• Comfortable discussing API concepts, data flow, and system integration with technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive decisions through data and performance metrics
• Native Mandarin and professional English proficiency
