職位概述

酷澎正在尋找一位具備豐富經驗的中段物流/幹線運輸經理，負責領導並優化公司中程運輸（Middle-mile Transportation）營運。在此職位中，您將全面管理酷澎物流網絡中所有卡車運輸業務（Inbound + Outbound），涵蓋物流中心、轉運中心及配送站之間的運輸作業。

您將協助建立標準化營運流程、制定服務水準指標，透過數據分析推動運輸成本下降，並與跨部門團隊合作，以支持業務規模持續成長。

主要職責

1. 幹線運輸策略與營運管理（Linehaul Strategy & Operations）

• 規劃、執行並優化酷澎物流網絡內的幹線運輸路線。
• 提升車輛調度效率、路線串接能力及卡車裝載率。
• 持續推動運輸成本優化與節省方案。

2. 系統與調度管理（Systems & Dispatch Management）

• 使用運輸管理系統（TMS）及倉儲管理系統（WMS）進行日常車輛調度管理。
• 與物流中心、轉運中心、配送站及第三方物流夥伴（3PL）保持即時營運溝通。
• 確保運輸作業順暢且具備高度可視性。

3. 績效與供應商管理（Performance & Vendor Management）

• 建立、監控並持續改善運輸服務水準（LOS）及相關KPI。
• 管理第三方物流運輸供應商（3PL）。
• 監督各路線營運績效及費用結算流程。

4. 流程改善與跨部門協作（Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Alignment）

• 主導中程運輸（Middle-mile）相關策略專案。
• 建立並標準化運輸作業流程。
• 與供應鏈管理（SCM）、物流履行中心（CFS）、零售部門（Retail）及Hub Operations 緊密合作，解決營運瓶頸。

5. 高階主管報告（Executive Reporting）

• 分析複雜物流數據，建立可執行的KPI 管理架構。
• 向高階管理層提供關鍵營運洞察與策略建議。
• 支持決策制定及資源配置。

必備條件

• 大學（四年制）以上學歷。
• 具備10 年以上物流與運輸管理相關經驗。
• 具備2 年以上團隊管理經驗（如Team Lead、Section Manager 或同等職級）。
• 具備2 年以上物流流程設計、營運KPI 管理經驗。
• 曾直接向高階主管或C-Level 報告營運成果。
• 以日班為主。
• 能配合旺季或特殊營運需求調整工作時段。

加分條件

• 曾任職於以下相關產業者佳：電子商務、零售供應鏈、快遞物流、第三方物流公司
• 主修以下相關科系者佳：物流管理、供應鏈管理、工業工程
• 熟悉SQL、進階Excel、Tableau、Power BI
• 能運用數據分析工具進行物流績效分析與決策支持。
• 曾參與或實際使用以下系統：
• TMS（Transportation Management System，運輸管理系統）
• BMS（Business Management System）
• WMS（Warehouse Management System，倉儲管理系統）
• 具備優秀的跨部門溝通與協作能力。
• 具備商務英文溝通能力。
