Job Description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Donabate.
Our Client requires a Day Shift Transport Clerk to join their team, supporting the day-to-day transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign drivers, vehicles, and paperwork
- Check driver tacho and working hours
- Verify return documentation
- Follow up on delivery issues
- Manage vehicle keys and bay assignments
- Carry out ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ideally previous transport office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Pay:
- Day clerk duties - €17.05 per hour
Shift Times:
- Day shift - 07:00 - 19:00
- 4 on / 4 off roster
