Cpl Marketing is delighted to be partnering with a well-established interior organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, website updates, and email marketing initiatives.

This role offers excellent exposure across multiple brands and marketing channels, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their digital marketing career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activity.
• Produce digital assets using tools such as Canva and support photography and video content creation.
• Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Build and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Support SEO initiatives, website optimisation, and content improvements.
• Assist with paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics and digital insights.
• Support marketing events, product launches, trade shows, and content shoots.

About You

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' marketing experience in a digital marketing role.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and social media management skills.
• Experience with WordPress and email marketing platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Experience using Canva or similar creative tools.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and creative team player with excellent communication skills.
