Inside Sales Analyst, Medical Devices
Location: Hertfordshire (office based)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + bonus up to £7,000
Type: Full time, permanent
The company
Our client is an established, growing UK medical device business that supplies wound care, surgical and infection control products to hospitals and healthcare providers. It’s a small team, so your work is seen quickly and there is real room to grow.
The role
You’ll sit between the data and the sales team. You’ll dig into sales and customer data, spot where the opportunities are, and help the team turn them into revenue. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and learn how a healthcare business runs commercially.
What you’ll do
- Analyse sales, customer and market data to find new opportunities
- Build clear reports in Excel that the sales team can act on
- Help prioritise leads and support the team in converting them
- Track performance and flag trends, risks and areas for growth
- Keep customer and pipeline data accurate
What we’re looking for
- A science degree (biology, chemistry, biomedical science or similar)
- Good with numbers and confident in Excel
- Some experience in an admin, analytical or support role
- Curious, motivated and keen to build a career in healthcare
- A clear communicator who enjoys working with others
Nice to have
- Experience in a medical device or healthcare company
- Exposure to sales, CRM systems or reporting tools
