Our FMCG client in Dublin West have an exciting requirement for a Part-Time (3 days per week) Reward Coordinator for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be required to provide support for rewards and benefit. Hybrid/remote working options available
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define end-to-end reward processes,
- Create clear deliverables for finance and HR-related workflows
- Reward vendor relationship setup and management
- Develop PO creation processes benefits programs
- Monitor global benefits calendar with payment and renewal details
- Support high-volume admin tasks including joiner/leaver processes within the organisation
Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role
- Strong systems experience, including SAP Ariba and PO/invoicing management
- EMEA experience, highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Exposure to HR, benefits, or insurance processes
