Pour un grand groupe international du transport et de la logistique, nous recherchons un Proxy Product Owner confirmé à senior pour piloter un assistant IA agentique au service des équipes de support client.

Vos missions :
- Construire la roadmap produit à partir des irritants métier et des besoins des équipes support
- Gérer le backlog et coordonner le delivery agile avec les équipes techniques (tech leads, architectes)
- Concevoir les parcours avec humain dans la boucle et escalade vers les agents
- Intégrer l'assistant IA dans l'écosystème CRM et les parcours existants
- Suivre la performance de l'assistant, analyser les retours et piloter les améliorations
- Accompagner l'adoption par les équipes support (formation, conduite du changement)

Profil recherché

Compétences impératives :
- 5 ans minimum en Product Owner / Proxy PO
- Expérience concrète d'IA générative / LLM / agents IA appliquée au support ou service client
- Connaissance des écosystèmes CRM
- Automatisation de processus métier
- Anglais courant (environnement multiculturel)

Atouts : omnicanal, voicebot / chatbot, secteur transport ou logistique.
