Opis poslaWhat you will do in this role:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue generation processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize revenue operations.
• Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain scalable systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of revenue-related activities.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of revenue-focused technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales analytics tools.
• Conduct regular reviews of sales and marketing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement programs, including training, content creation, and sales process optimization.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams on revenue operations best practices and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

KvalifikacijeWhat you will bring to this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• 5+ years experience and proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing sales and marketing processes, systems, and tools to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A strong passion for revenue operations and a deep understanding of its impact on business growth.
