Job description :

• Assist in data entry works.
• Collect and follow up payments from customers.
• Provide solutions to resolve any issue brought up by customers.
• Handle customers’ requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Attend to incoming calls and identify the type of inquiries.
• Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
