- Coordinate the implementation of training activities for 22 application modules covering Release 1, Release 2, Release 3, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.
- Support training coordination across 264 operational locations nationwide in accordance with the project implementation schedule.
- Manage training schedule planning, participant coordination, facilitator arrangements, training venues, and logistical requirements.
- Coordinate communication and engagement with stakeholders, including Business Owners, the Project Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and operations teams.
- Ensure all training documentation, attendance records, progress reports, and training readiness status are complete and up to date.
- Support the implementation of Training of Trainers (ToT), End User Training (EUT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), as well as Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Enable trainers to focus on training content development, training delivery, and knowledge transfer without being burdened by operational coordination tasks.
- Minimise the risk of scheduling conflicts, training delays, logistical issues, and non-compliance with project timelines.
- Ensure all training activities are carried out in accordance with project milestones to support successful Go-Live and overall project implementation.
