IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid-level Project Manager to join a long-term international project. You will work with our development team, partner teams and client stakeholders in several countries. You will help keep everyone aligned so that projects ship on time and at the right quality.

This role suits someone who likes working with people as much as with plans. You build trust across cultures and organisations, keep communication clear when there are many stakeholders, and stay calm when priorities change.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of projects and change requests from planning through go-live

• Act as a key communication point between the development team, partner teams and client stakeholders

• Run status meetings, stakeholder updates and release coordination, and keep them focused and transparent

• Manage expectations and difficult conversations about scope, timelines and priorities

• Identify risks and dependencies across teams early, and drive them to resolution

• Keep the backlog, roadmap and project documentation clear and up to date in Jira and Confluence

• Track effort, budget and change requests, and support the estimation of new work

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development

• Experience working closely with development and QA teams

• Experience in an international or distributed environment

• Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, banking or payments

• Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors or organisations

• Experience with system integrations

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP
