Job Description:
The Project Manager in Construction oversees project quality, time, and cost, coordinating documentation and permitting while supporting procurement.They ensure construction quality and engage with clients to implement changes.
- The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the entrusted project.
- Both in terms of quality, time and cost.
- He has internal and external collaborators to help him, but the responsibility belongs to him.
- During the entire project, he looks for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project.
- Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages
- Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
- Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation, checks compliance with project bid documentation.
- Controls and coordinates construction work, their quality and compliance with project documentation.
- Participates in meetings with customers and is responsible for the implementation of required changes
