Associate Salesforce Developer

You contribute to building impactful solutions Assist in analyzing Apex user stories, understanding client requirements, and developing tailored solutions.

You develop and refine your technical skills Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools to build robust Salesforce applications.

You write clean, efficient code Develop reusable, scalable solutions while following best practices and ensuring optimal system performance.

You collaborate to deliver quality Work closely with senior developers, admins, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical implementations.

You optimize and troubleshoot Assist in debugging, unit testing, and refining code to ensure seamless functionality and adherence to Salesforce standards.

You continuously learn and grow Engage in training, participate in team discussions, and refine your knowledge of Salesforce technologies and integrations.

It’ll be great if you…

  • Have completed Salesforce Development training (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL).

  • Have basic knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Understand Flows, Process Builder, and Salesforce automation basics.

  • Have a foundational understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governor limits.

It’ll be even better if you…

  • Have exposure to integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs (even through coursework or mini-projects).

  • Are familiar with Git, version control basics, or CI/CD concepts.

  • Hold the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or are preparing for it.

  • Have built small projects or completed hands-on assignments during training.
