AI Trust & Governance Engineer

You will design and implement an AI trust platform, ensuring AI agents, applications, and users operate within existing enterprise security, governance and data access controls. Working across Technology, Security, Data and Enterprise Architecture, you will establish the standards and platforms that enable secure AI adoption across both modern cloud services and legacy trading systems.

Responsibilities:

• Define the enterprise architecture for AI identity, governance and policy enforcement.
• Design and implement a secure MCP Gateway for AI access to enterprise applications and data.
• Ensure AI solutions respect role-based access, segregation of duties and existing data entitlements.
• Integrate AI governance with ServiceNow, enterprise identity platforms and audit processes.
• Establish end-to-end auditability, observability and compliance for AI interactions.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop secure connectors for enterprise platforms including ETRMs, SAP and other business-critical systems.
• Develop standards, reference architectures and best practices for secure AI across the organisation.
• Work with a top team of AI research scientists and engineers to advance AI safety

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture or Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise identity technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with policy-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), enterprise governance and audit.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, agentic systems, MCP, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating legacy enterprise applications within highly regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence architecture across multiple technology domains.
