Senior Analytics Engineer

Join Current, a fast-growing financial technology company, as a Senior Analytics Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data warehouse, data models, and transformation pipelines. You will work closely with various teams, including banking, product, marketing, finance, credit, and risk, to support their analytics and modeling needs. Additionally, you will partner with data engineers to build data integrations and infrastructure, implement data reconciliation and quality management processes, and build trust in the data produced by your team.

Missions

• Contribuer à la croissance de Current en construisant des modèles de données dimensionnels dans l'entrepôt de données.
• Collaborer avec les analystes de données, les scientifiques des données et les ingénieurs pour soutenir leurs besoins en matière de modélisation et de reporting.
• Mettre en œuvre des modèles de données évolutifs et faciles à utiliser, hébergeant des ensembles de données complexes.

Profil recherché

- Experience working with services in cloud environment(s) like AWS or GCP

- Proficient in dimensional modeling concepts to power meaningful analytics

- Implemented dimensional models and summarized data marts in the data warehouse; completed at least one full Data Warehouse development cycle

- Fluent in building data transformation pipelines, dimensional models and data marts. using one or more ETL or Transformation tools(Preferred: dbt)

- Programing experience in Python, Scala or other language(s)

- 3+ year of experience building meaningful metrics, reports and dashboards in BI/reporting tools like (Preferred: Looker)

- 6+ years of experience working as a data engineer or analytics engineer

- Focus on data quality, integrity and security

- Experience modeling data in dbt and Looker

- Experience working with Financial services companies

- Experience in D2C domains

- Experience working with one or more MPP databases(Prefered: Bigquery, etc)
