Join our team as a Software Engineering Manager (Android) where you will lead the delivery of key business initiatives, improve existing architecture and services, and design large-scale data-intensive applications. You will provide technical and people leadership to a team of Android engineers, define team priorities and technical roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. You will also contribute to the Android codebase, review pull requests, troubleshoot complex bugs, and serve as a mentor for the team.

Profil recherché
- The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of management experience and a background in native Android development- A passion for building user-centric products and excitement in fintech
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and accountable team culture
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex mobile products with robust architecture and maintainable codebases
- 5+ years of experience building native Android applications
- 2+ years in an engineering management role, growing and developing high-performing mobile teams
- Strong organizational skills: experienced in team capacity planning, backlog management, and translating high-level goals into executable roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills: effective at collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Excellent time management: able to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently
- Experience supporting teams through the adoption of Compose and the shift toward modularized, scalable codebases
- Experience building or integrating developer tools or automation that boost team velocity and efficiency
- Familiarity with best practices in implementing CI/CD pipelines and overseeing the mobile app deployment lifecycle
- Have fintech and/or startup experience
