What You’ll Bring

You’re an experienced compliance professional with a strong understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory landscape and the ability to turn complex obligations into practical guidance.

You’re comfortable working autonomously, have strong judgement and attention to detail and can build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

You’ll also bring:

  • Extensive compliance or regulatory experience within the Australian financial services or payment services industry
  • Demonstrated experience with interpreting and managing financial service obligations

  • Knowledge of AML/CTF legislation, the Privacy Act and AFSL requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating regulatory obligations and emerging regulatory changes
  • The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and exercise sound judgement
