·Reports directly to the Facilities Manager.

·Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

·Maintain filing system and the helpdesk function.

·Prepare and format reports, presentations and documents.

·Assist in drafting letters, notices and internal communication.

·Verify that all services have been completed satisfactorily before issuing the Goods Receipt Note (GRN).

·Process purchase request, GRN and invoices, and keeping proper records of all purchases and invoices.

·Coordinate with department, vendors and service partners.

·Track tasks, deadlines and follow ups.

·Assist with procurement, cost estimate and purchase orders.

·Support audits, inspections and internal reviews.
