Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in designated Town Council.
- Duties include responding to MPs, residents’ feedback, coordinating and carrying out maintenance routines such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping and horticultural works, as well as improvement and cyclical projects.
- Liaise with grassroots organizations on the management of the common areas.
- Monitor contractors’ performance on routine maintenance, cyclical maintenance and improvement projects.
- Ensure key performance indicators (MND scores) of the estate are met.
- Assist PM/APM/SPO on special projects as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Nitec in Building/ Real Estate Management/ Property Management/ Building Services/ Facility Systems Design/ Facility Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or GCE O Level with 5 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance; or Fresh Diploma graduates
- Ability to communicate well with residents and grassroots leaders
- Fast and diligent worker
- Team player
