About the Role:
You’ll own test strategy and release quality across the backend and agent. You'll build the coverage and processes that let the team ship confidently, and keep the quality bar high as the product and codebase grow.
What You’ll Do at Cyble:
- Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) across backend and agent
- Own the CI gates that block regressions before merge, plus release acceptance criteria and sign-off
- Validate upgrade and rollback paths and overall release readiness
- Use automation and AI-assisted tooling to test faster - test generation, coverage, failure triage, and flaky-test detection
- Partner with engineering and the Detection & Validation unit on shared test infrastructure
What You’ll Need:
- Solid software QA background with strong test-automation experience (unit/integration/e2e)
- CI/CD fluency and comfort writing tests against backend services and APIs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing tools, and an appetite to use them day to day
- Scripting/programming in Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience testing security, systems, or detection-content products; performance or reliability testing.
