In that team;

• Learn business process and gather requirements,
• Perform conceptual and logical modelling, source system analysis and profiling,
• Prepare Source To Target mappings,
• Develop requirements and performing unit test,
• Perform functional tests of the developed software,
• Determine of data quality measurement rules,
• Perform functional tests of the developed software,
• Coordinate of business units in user acceptance tests,
• Deploy with using SDLC process,
• Provide application support to the business unit after the transition to production,
• Manage change request processes,
• Manage software maintenance request processes,
• Follow technological developments, it is expected to renew itself and the way it works in new business applications, software development tools and Management,
• Take end-to-end responsibility for data solutions when needed, from requirements gathering and analysis through development, testing and production deployment.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, development, problem-solving and documentation while ensuring quality and security standards.
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies and best practices to improve engineering efficiency and solution quality.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree on Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or other related departments,
• At least 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, data warehouse development or data engineering, with hands-on experience in both analysis and development,
• Excellent SQL and PL/SQL skills, query optimization, performance tuning and hands on experience,
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration and transformation processes,
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 12c) is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data warehouse architecture, layered data architecture, source-to-target mapping, impact analysis and technical design,
• Good understanding of data quality standards, data governance, data lineage and metadata management,
• Experience in business requirements analysis, functional and technical analysis, solution design and technical documentation,
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools. Oracle OBIEE/OAS and Qlik Sense are preferred,
• Experience with Python is a plus,
• Experience in banking or financial services, particularly in Pension & Life Insurance, Investment Products, Crypto Assets or Asset Management, is a plus,
• Knowledge of data modeling and design tools, preferably Power Designer,
• Familiarity with modern data engineering concepts, cloud data platforms and emerging data technologies is an advantage,
• Interest in and practical adoption of AI-powered tools to support data analysis, SQL development, coding, documentation, troubleshooting and productivity improvement,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills,
• A proactive, collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn, share knowledge and continuously improve existing processes.
