GenAI Assessment Lead/ Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Assessment Lead to evaluate and provide strategic recommendations for an existing Talk-to-Data Multi-Agent Generative AI Proof of Concept (POC). The role will focus on assessing the solution's technical architecture, business alignment, scalability, governance, and operational readiness for enterprise-scale deployment.

Project scope:

• Assess an existing Talk-to-Data Multi-Agent GenAI Project (POC) and evaluate its readiness for enterprise-scale deployment

• Review current business requirements, use cases, architecture, and technical implementation

• Evaluate GenAI components including LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, conversational analytics, and Text-to-SQL capabilities

• Assess alignment with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, Genie, Agent Bricks, Mosaic AI, and Unity Catalog

• Identify architecture gaps, technical debt, scalability challenges, and operational risks

• Review data governance, security, compliance, access controls, lineage, and auditability requirements

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and compare custom-built capabilities against platform-native solutions

• Define target-state architecture and recommend the optimal industrialization approach (enhance, re-platform, or rebuild)

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and present assessment findings

• Deliver assessment report, gap analysis, architecture recommendations, and a phased implementation roadmap

Competence demands:

• 8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture

• Proven experience designing, implementing, or assessing Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Hands-on experience with: Multi-Agent AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Conversational AI solutions, Text-to-SQL and semantic layer architectures

• Strong experience with the Databricks ecosystem and enterprise data platforms

• Enterprise architecture and solution assessment methodologies

• Experience with AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI programs

• Very good English skills
