Location: Kraków (Hybrid work model: 2 days from the office, 3 days remotly)

Remuneration: 80 - 90 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for business-critical transactional systems.
Monitor production environments and respond to incidents and technical issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and infrastructure-related problems.
Analyze system logs and troubleshoot issues using Linux command-line tools.
Investigate and resolve database-related issues using SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including SELECT and UPDATE statements.
Develop and maintain scripts using Bash and/or Python to support troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational activities.
Work with Kubernetes-based environments and support containerized applications.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
Participate in a rotating support schedule, including approximately one weekend per month.
Contribute to improving production support processes, automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Ensure incidents and technical issues are handled in accordance with established procedures and service requirements.
Requirements:
Approximately 4 years of experience in Production Support or a similar technical role supporting business-critical transactional systems.
Solid knowledge of Linux, including hands-on command-line experience.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Ability to write, analyze, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including SELECT and UPDATE statements.
Practical experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Basic understanding of Kubernetes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent Polish and English.
Willingness to work in a rotating schedule, including approximately one weekend per month.
Availability to work from the office in Kraków at least 8 days per month.
Availability to work within the 08:00-18:00 working window.
Nice to have:
Experience with Docker.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Previous experience in the financial services or banking sector.
