Role:
The Section Manager - Power Systems & Grid Integration will lead Cyient's Power Systems Studies and Grid Compliance team within the Electrical Centre of Excellence. The role is responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, capability development, team growth, and business expansion across power system studies, dynamic simulations, grid code compliance, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power plant electrification projects.
The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team supporting customers globally while driving technical excellence, digital transformation, engineering quality, and the development of new service offerings in the rapidly evolving power systems market.
