UX Designer - Dehradun

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to support all internal AI and SaaS product initiatives, designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centred experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Own UX design across multiple AI and SaaS internal tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system for internal applications.
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong application-focused portfolio.
• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS software end-to-end.
• Background in agile process and interacting with business stakeholders and product owners, and understanding user stories and epics.
• Degree in interactive design, human factors, architecture, or related field (preferred).

Your Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to design for both web and mobile experiences.
• Experience with analytics tools for UX optimization.
• Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
• Interest or background in HRIS/HR Technology-based UX design

Requirements

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
