岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 主导物流机器人多版本运动控制方案设计，支撑系列化产品建设与并行研发;

2. 负责运动控制嵌入式软件开发与调试，确保电机控制逻辑稳定落地并按时交付;

3. 适配多版本与交付项目需求，进行软件联调与现场问题定位，保障运动控制稳定可靠;

4. 基于量产数据持续优化控制策略与软件实现，提升机器人响应速度、精度与稳定性;

5. 总结运动控制开发技术要点与调试经验，形成团队可复用方法与规范。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备物流机器人运动控制嵌入式软件开发经验，主导过多版本方案设计与落地，熟悉系列化产品建设;

2. 拥有从方案设计到代码实现再到现场联调的完整经验，能同时处理多个项目与版本，确保交付稳定可靠;

3. 熟悉电机运动控制底层逻辑，能基于量产数据优化控制策略，提升响应速度、精度与稳定性;

4. 具备从复杂运动异常中快速定位控制逻辑缺陷并形成可复用解决方案的能力;

5. 以产品系列化建设与规模化交付为己任，长期深耕技术，追求为客户创造稳定可靠的产品价值;
