岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责基于STM32/GD32等MCU的嵌入式软件架构设计，搭建并优化RTOS系统框架，保障机器人控制系统实时性与可靠性;

2. 开发电机驱动与运动控制算法，实现PID、模糊控制等策略编码，提升机器人运动精度与响应能力;

3. 制定嵌入式系统通信协议与外设驱动方案，完成传感器数据采集、处理及模块间稳定通信;

4. 编写嵌入式软件设计文档与测试方案，参与需求可行性分析，确保技术方案匹配产品应用场景;

5. 梳理并沉淀嵌入式开发通用模块与技术经验，支持团队技术能力提升与项目快速迭代。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.具备机器人嵌入式系统架构设计与RTOS实时控制开发经验，能搭建高实时性、高可靠性软件框架;

2.掌握电机驱动与运动控制算法开发，实现PID、模糊控制等策略，提升运动精度与响应能力;

3.能够从复杂系统故障中快速定位底层资源冲突或调度缺陷，并提出有效解决方案;

4.主动研究新型传感器、无线通信协议及嵌入式操作系统技术进展并应用于实际项目;

5.在代码规范、文档输出与系统稳定性上坚持高标准，通过实践树立技术严谨性榜样;
