岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 搭建产研与一线问题统一收口机制，推动AI自动解答覆盖常规问题;
2. 处理系统运营技术问题，确保故障闭环与高频问题自主解决;
3. 识别并过滤需求类问题，清晰归类后提交产研跟进解决;
4. 汇总分析问题数据形成运营报告，提出系统优化建议;
5. 参与建立标准化运营流程与知识库，提升团队整体能力。
任职要求 / Requirements
1.计算机、电子商务等相关专业，本科以上学历;
2. 熟悉数据分析方法，能通过运营报告挖掘系统薄弱环节并提出改进建议，具备问题本质洞察能力，能精准区分需求与技术类问题;
3. 拥有系统运营管理经验，能够建立问题收口机制，梳理高频咨询场景并推动AI自动解答能力落地;
4.能够承受较大的工作压力; 良好的团队协作精神和服务意识，细致周到的做事风格;
5.良好的表达能力、沟通能力，能够与用户、开发、业务部门进行良好的沟通。
