2. 能够深入挖掘代码编写、调试及重构等环节的开发者痛点，设计多智能体协同工作流以打造高效开发体验;

3. 能够建立量化指标体系衡量产品价值与协作贡献，并持续跟踪AI前沿技术，通过概念验证优化产品方案;

4. 对AI编程领域有强烈的事业追求，致力于为开发者创造长期价值，以推动智能化软件工程发展为己任;
