岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 牵头制定适老化设计标准与分场景方案模板库，明确配置组合与报价逻辑;

2. 建立区域设计师培训考核与晋级机制，开发课件并带教以提升团队专业水平;

3. 审核重点方案并抽查落地效果，汇总问题推动标准修订与复训;

4. 协同交付条线确认设计交底要求，参与新场景评估以保障标准可执行;

5. 跟踪政策与行业规范，结合补贴要求调整标准并收集复盘案例推动迭代。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备适老化设计标准体系搭建经验，能够牵头制定并迭代适老化设计标准与分场景方案模板库，明确配置组合与报价逻辑;

2. 拥有设计类团队培养与带教能力，能够开发培训课件并建立区域设计师考核晋级机制，通过带教提升团队专业水平;

3. 具备跨部门协同与标准化管理能力，能够与供应链及交付条线共同确认产品选型与设计交底要求，建立可执行的设计标准落地流程;

4. 具备问题洞察与归因能力，能够从项目落地偏差中识别标准制定或执行环节的系统性缺陷，并推动标准迭代;

5. 以推动适老改造业务规模化复制为己任，致力于将适老化设计做到行业领先，长期投入推动标准与团队持续成长;
