岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责搭建体检中心、医院、高端健管等连锁业务的远程IT运维支撑体系，支撑新开店持续扩张;

2. 负责新开店IT交付标准化体系建设，包含设备、网络、账号权限、上线验收、运维移交等全流程机制;

3. 负责统一报障入口、工单管理、问题分级分类、升级响应与闭环复盘体系建设;

4. 负责推动门店IT问题由“人工救火”转向“标准化、远程化、自助化”处理模式;

5. 负责建设知识库、常见问题SOP、门店IT联络员机制，提升门店自助处理率和远程解决率;

6. 负责建立运维指标体系，持续优化单店支撑效率、服务质量与IT成本;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、网络工程等相关专业优先;

2. 8年以上IT运维、基础设施、服务管理相关经验，5年以上多门店/多站点/多区域运维管理经验;

3. 有连锁零售、连锁医疗、餐饮、酒店、物流、直营网点等复杂线下场景经验者优先;

4. 有从0到1或从1到N搭建IT服务台、工单体系、知识库体系、门店IT标准化体系经验;

5. 熟悉网络、终端、打印、监控、弱电、账号权限、门店外设等常见基础设施场景;

6. 熟悉IT服务管理方法，有SLA、事件管理、问题管理、变更管理实践经验;
